Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MT) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time:

• We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. 

• Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days from the time your order is processed.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Packaging:

• All of our sodas are carefully packed in sturdy packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Our cans are 8oz and we ensure they are securely protected.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at helllo@drinksodeepop.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping:

• At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
