Refund policy

At Sodee Pop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our drink items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products once they have been shipped, delivered, and certainly not if they have been opened.

However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise during shipping that could impact the quality of your order. In the rare event that your order arrives with major damage incurred during transit, we are here to assist you.

If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us immediately at hello@drinksodeepop.com. We kindly request that you provide photographic evidence of both the damaged shipping box and the affected product as it was received. This will help us assess the situation accurately and promptly address the issue.

Once we receive your report and review the provided documentation, we will work swiftly to find a satisfactory solution. This may include sending a replacement order at no additional cost or providing a refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that any requests for assistance with damaged items must be made within 5 days of the delivery date to be eligible for consideration.
